My personal goal is to help people live healthier lives and in abundance.  I believe the Creator intended for His people to live in abundance and being blessed to be in a country of abundance, it is no reason that more people should NOT live in abundance.  However, poor choices, lack of information, discrimination, and other factors have hindered many from their abundance.  I plan to change that.  One way is through investing in real estate.

The goal of E and E is to buy/fix up/sell and build affordable housing that is attainable for hard-working people by giving them the “family home for your stability."
Fundraising Assistance
My personal mission is to use the ministry of helps and information and skills that I have acquired over 60 years to help people learn how to access information and resources to help them live more abundantly mentally, physically, spiritually, socially, and financially.  One way is through understanding how to gradually acquire wealth through real estate.


E and E Real Estate Development Group, Inc., mainly takes money from investors and buys, fixes up, and sells homes to first-time home buyers with credit challenges.  However, we plan to add another division which builds and sells single-family homes designed for the entry-level and move-up markets. Homes and town-homes will range in size from 850 sq. ft. to 2,000 sq. ft., with an average selling price of about $132,000.

E and E will also offer commercial contracting services and has interests in land development, mortgage banking, and commercial real estate.

We are common folk just like many of you, except we have been involved in some form of real estate investing for many years.

Our CEO is Evelyn.  She is still a registered nurse with over 30 years of nursing experience at the same hospital in Houston, Texas.  She has also been involved in several other businesses and owns several real estate properties.  She is a VERY cautious person and will not jump into any real estate deal just because it looks good.  She will work a proven formula used by many other successful real estate investors before she will even allow an offer to be made.

Ed Udell is the COO of the operations.  He used to collect rent for his grandmother in California; has negotiated large and small real estate projects; and spends much of his time in real estate research and dealing with others with many years in real estate.  He recently negotiated a good deal for a home where he presently lives, helps clients with credit and financing issues, handles the day-to-day operations for the organization.

Between Evelyn and Ed, they bring together to very different cultures and approaches to real estate, offering you a unique opportunity to profit from, and with, their experiences.
